TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Only the registered member in person will be allowed to transact with regard to the savings schemes at the business premises during working hours only.
- Registered members should necessarily collect the membership card & folder, of respective savings schemes and return it the end of the group period.
- Every time a member makes a transaction under the savings scheme he/she should bring his/her membership folder and membership card for presentation. In case of loosing, misplacing or damaging the membership card or folder, Rs.2501-will be collected for each.
- The registered member should pay the installment in person,or through authorised person, only by presentation of the membership folder and membership card at the business premises only.
- Members should pay the monthly due on or before 10th of every month at the business premises and collect receipt.
- Only gold ornaments on display at our premises will be offered at the end of the scheme. No solid coins or Buillion will be offered under other Savings scheme and no cash refunds will be entertained. Tax, prices, Wastage and other charges are applicables on day of purchase.For BIS 916 Jewels, Rs.30/- extra per gram will be collected .
- Transfer of membership or name change will not be allowed.
- Non Payment of two or more installment under any of the Savings Scheme will subject the registered member to disqualification of membership.
- Disqualified members will be offered refund of paid installments only, after deducting the value of all gifts and benefits, and only as gold ornaments available on display at our premises and not by cash,or solid gold or Bullion at the end of the period of the Scheme of the respective group.
- All documents requested for duly filled-up should be produced and returned at the time of taking delivery of gold ornaments.
- Gold ornaments with Bonus should be collected by registered members only,within 30 days from the date of maturity of the respective group. hot Gold Member only get Gold coins at an additional cost of Rs.50/gm .
- The Savings schemes cannot be attached with any other scheme/offer operated by the management.
- In all groups the starting date for the members shall be 1st day of the enrolling month and the last day of the last month will be the end.
- Only prompt payers are eligible for fits and any benefit at the sold discretion of the management. Any decisions taken by the company regarding this will be final. Any Gifts or Benefit should be availed by member themselves by person only directly at showroom.
- For all correspondence of details, communication, receivables(or) deliverable,members should follow it up with management and know the updates and ollect them by person.
- If accepted by the company the members written request for direct collection at member's place, will be carried out at an extra charge of Rs.10/- per visit by the collection staff and the charge will be deducted in the members account.
- After the completion of the respective group tenure, the member should complete all the completion formalities at our showroom one day before delivery. The office staff should be given a minimum of 45 minutes for preparing the completion formalities. The completion formalities should be completed by the member before 2 days for gold delivey on festival days or on holidays.
- (i) With respec to the SSEgroup, the Parent/Guardian should enclose the Child's Birth Certificate while enrolling and for avail gifts of benefits.
(ii) This scheme SSE, though in the name of child, can be operated by any one of parent/guardian.
(iii) While buying Gold Jewels for every birthday of the child, one monthly due will be added to the subsequent Birthday purchase.
- While making the completion formalities the member should produce the office staf1 a photo copy of two identification proof with the member's photo and signature without fail. (ID Such as Ration Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Election ID, Bank Passbook).
- On festival days and holidays membership completion will not be entertained. Without following the above said conditions, membership completion will not be done. Gold delivery will not be made without completing the membership completion proceedure and formalities.
*All decisons taken by the management of Sri Lakshmi Jewellery (G), with regard to the Gold Savings Schemes will be final and binding. The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the schemes without prior notification or to disqualify any membership or to discontinue any scheme, at any point of time, whenever deemed necessary. In any group is terminated due to reasons beyond control the subscribers shall be compensated to equivalent jewellery on display only to their respective amount paid and further under sunch eventuality no additional benefits will be entertained. All disputes or litigation will come under Coimbatore City Jurisdiction only.
