Step 1: Registering online to place an enquiry
1.After finalizing the designs, the next step is to place the order.
2.Click the "view cart" button. Registration page will appear, if you are already logged in to the site then you can proceed to the order screen.
3. It is mandatory to register with us in order to avail the services offered in www.slj-g.com If you are already registered with us, then you can login using the same username and password.
4.If you are new to www.slj-g.com, then please click the "New Registration" link to register in the top of the home page
Step 2: Adding items to the jewel box
1.To add items to the view cart (shopping Cart), click add to cart, your items will be added in the shopping cart (view cart) and click view cart in the top menus
2. To add more quantity of the selected items, enter the required quantity in the appropriate textbox and click update.
Mention the size and number required in the given field and click update.
3.To remove an item from the cart, select the item and click the remove button. Then click click check out button this will takes you to shipping details page.
Step 3: Shipping Details
1.After finishing product to the view cart page, shipping information page will appear , if the shipping address and billing address is same update state, pin code and city, if the billing address and shipping address is different update, name, address ,city, state , pin extra etc., and select mode of payment
2.mode of payment are cheque, Demand Draft and payseal for debit and credit card and click proceed to payment .
Step 4: Order Confirmation Page
In this page, your shipping details, billing details ,shipping amount and final product prize will be displayed , and thereby confirm the payment of your order.
DD and cheque in Favor of "Sri Lakshmi jewellery (G), Coimbatore" ( Payable at CBE only )
Step: 5 Payment information
After confirming you are taken to payment page, ther you have fill the details according to the mode of payment.
Step 6: Reviewing the status of your Order
1.You can login to your account at any time to know the status of your order. Any order placed by a user will have the following stages:
2.New - This status is displayed after you have placed the order.
3.DD Received - On encashing the DD, the status will be 'DD Received'. Please note that you can also pay by credit card. In this case, your order status will display the subsequent stage (i.e.) 'Products Shipped'.
4.Products Shipped - Once the products have been dispatched, you will get this message.
Completed - Completion of the order will give the status as 'completed'
Step 5: Pay Online
After logging in, users can view their orders under the Order details tab. Users can pay online for the orders whose status are "Ready to Order".
